How Qbag works...
Qbag expands to create a steamy cooking chamber that maintains moisture and succulence. The unique Qbag window lets you see the food cooking, automatically venting to allow excess steam to escape while cooking. The Qbag window can be easily peeled away to let you stir, add more ingredients and serve.
Qbag is for use on an open top barbeque or in a closed conventional oven, with maximum cooking tempertaure not to exceed 230 Degrees Celcius. The viewing window must face upwards at all times. When finished with, the aluminium Qbag can be recycled but the clear viewing window must be removed and dispensed with seperately.
