Payment Options

For our online retail shop we accept payment via credit card. We also accept payment by cheque or direct deposit via phone. Your orders will be despatched upon payment clearance.

If you are a wholesaler or a retailer, please contact our Sales Team for credit Terms.

The Despatch and Delivery Process

Your order will be despatched immediately after payment clearance, with the exception of orders placed after 12noon on a Friday, which will be despatched by 9am the following Monday, providing payment has cleared.  Items will be delivered within 3-10 working days depending on delivery address.

It is your responsibility to accurately enter the delivery address at the time of ordering.  We are not obliged to re-send an order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform our Sales Team if your order does not arrive.  Once informed that an order has not arrived in reasonable time, we will contact the relevant freight company to ascertain the reason, and to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We can not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
